World Cleanup Day 2026

On 20 September, World Cleanup Day brings people and communities worldwide together around a shared goal: taking action against waste and pollution and contributing to cleaner environments.

At CLIC RECYCLE, this day connects directly with our approach to waste. Cleanup actions are an important step in removing waste from our surroundings, but they also raise a broader question: how can we make waste collection more effective and prevent pollutants from reaching our environment in the first place?

CLIC RECYCLE develops solutions designed to help collect and contain pollutants using natural and locally available resources. Our technologies use human hair and industrial hemp to create products for applications including water decontamination and agricultural practices.

Our role is to develop materials and systems that can support their collection and removal, helping address pollution at its source.

World Cleanup Day is therefore an opportunity to highlight the importance of both collective action and innovative solutions that can help protect our ecosystems.
