World Cleanup Day 2026

On 20 September, World Cleanup Day brings people and communities around the world together around a common goal: taking action against waste and pollution and contributing to cleaner environments.

At Clic Recycle, this day is directly linked to our approach to waste. Clean-up actions are an important step in removing waste from our surroundings, but they also raise a broader question: how can we make waste collection more effective and stop pollutants from reaching our environment in the first place?

Clic Recycle develops solutions designed to help collect and contain pollutants using natural, locally available resources. Our technologies use keratin and industrial hemp to create products for applications such as water decontamination and agricultural practices.

Our role is to develop materials and systems that make collection and removal easier, helping to tackle pollution at its source.

World Cleanup Day is therefore an opportunity to highlight the importance of both collective action and innovative solutions that can help protect our ecosystems.
