From Abu Dhabi to Silicon Valley: CLIC RECYCLE's Growing Global Recognition

For CLIC RECYCLE, a mission that started by reimagining human hair as a valuable resource for agriculture and the environment is now gaining recognition across some of the world's most influential sustainability and innovation ecosystems. In recent weeks, the company's journey has reached two significant milestones, reflecting the increasing global interest in circular, nature-based solutions that address today's environmental challenges while contributing to a more regenerative future.
Following its selection as a Climate Action finalist for the 2026 Zayed Sustainability Prize in Abu Dhabi, CLIC RECYCLE was also invited to present its technology as a semi-finalist in the 2026 THRIVE Global Impact Challenge, organized by SVG Ventures | THRIVE in Silicon Valley. Chosen among 48 startups from more than 2,000 applications worldwide, the company had the opportunity to share its vision with investors, industry leaders, and innovation experts committed to shaping the future of agriculture and climate technology. Together, these recognitions represent far more than participation in two prestigious international initiatives—they highlight the growing relevance of regenerative, circular solutions within conversations taking place on a global scale.
At the center of CLIC RECYCLE's work is a simple but transformative belief: materials traditionally viewed as waste can become valuable resources when approached through innovation. By converting human hair into bio-based solutions that support regenerative agriculture, improve soil health, promote water conservation, and contribute to coastal protection, the company is helping demonstrate how circular economy principles can generate tangible environmental impact. Whether engaging with sustainability leaders in the Middle East or agricultural innovators in Silicon Valley, the message remains the same: meaningful progress begins by changing the way we think about the resources already around us.
While awards and international recognition mark important milestones, they also serve as motivation to keep moving forward. Every opportunity to share CLIC RECYCLE's vision brings new conversations, fresh perspectives, and collaborations that can accelerate the transition toward more sustainable agricultural systems and healthier ecosystems. We extend our sincere gratitude to the teams behind the Zayed Sustainability Prize and SVG Ventures | THRIVE, the judging panels, and the remarkable innovators whose ideas continue to inspire this global community. From Abu Dhabi to Silicon Valley, the journey continues—and so does our commitment to turning waste into lasting environmental impact.
