CLIC RECYCLE participates in FAO-IAFN Accelerator Mentorship Programme for Women-led SMEs in Africa

10/04/2026

We are proud to be contributing as mentors and speakers in the FAO Women's Accelerator Programme, a global initiative supporting women-led businesses in the agrifood sector on April 14th, 2026.

Empowering Women Transforming Food Systems

The programme, led by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in collaboration with the International Agri-Food Network, is designed to support women entrepreneurs through mentorship, training, and access to global expertise.

Women play a critical role in building sustainable food systems, yet they often face barriers to resources, financing, and growth opportunities. This accelerator directly addresses those challenges by pairing entrepreneurs with experienced mentors and providing tailored workshops in areas like business development, leadership, and access to finance.

At CLIC RECYCLE, we operate at the intersection of sustainability and innovation—transforming waste into regenerative resources. But just as important as what we do is how we contribute to a larger ecosystem of change.

Participating in this programme allows us to:

Share our experience building a circular economy business

Support women entrepreneurs solving real challenges in agrifood systems

Learn from diverse perspectives across global markets

Contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future

This is not a one-way exchange. Mentorship in this programme is built on collaboration—where ideas, challenges, and solutions are shared across borders and industries.
