CLIC RECYCLE Named Finalist for the "Alimentaria FoodTech Emprende Awards" 2026

CLIC RECYCLE has been selected as a finalist for the FoodTech Emprende Awards 2026, organised as part of Alimentaria FoodTech.

The FoodTech Emprende Awards recognise entrepreneurial projects that contribute to technological innovation in the transformation and conservation of food and beverages. The 2026 edition includes four categories: impact on transformation and/or conservation, sustainability and/or circular economy, health and/or well-being, and SmartAgro.

Among this year's finalists is CLIC TERRA, CLIC RECYCLE's agricultural solution developed from human hair and industrial hemp. The project explores the use of alternative resources to develop new materials for agriculture, connecting circular economy principles with agricultural applications.

Being selected as a finalist places CLIC RECYCLE alongside a group of startups and companies developing new technologies and solutions for the food and agricultural sectors. The recognition also reflects the growing interest in alternative materials and circular approaches within the wider food system.

The FoodTech Emprende Awards ceremony will take place on 6 October at 17:00 at the Speakers' Corner of Alimentaria FoodTech, where the winners in each category will be announced.
