Clic Recycle looks back on the Desafía AgTech Germany 2026 Programme

16/06/2026

As the Desafía AgTech Germany 2026 Programme comes to an end, Clic Recycle looks back on this journey of discovery that we were fortunate to be part of. The experience gave us the opportunity to explore the international market and broaden our vision as an innovative company. As a startup dedicated to turning keratin from hair salons into environmental and agricultural solutions, taking part in the Desafía AgTech Programme helped us better understand the German AgTech ecosystem and discover how our circular economy innovation can have a significant impact in this market.

Throughout the programme, we met investors, innovation leaders and industry experts to validate our main hypotheses about the German market. We also had the opportunity to refine our value proposition and explore possible expansion routes. Beyond presenting our technology, the programme pushed us to take a strategic approach to analysing how Clic Recycle's innovation can respond to real challenges while aligning with the needs and expectations of key players in the German ecosystem.

From Spain to Germany's main cities, the Desafía Programme gave us a privileged view of the German innovation landscape. We gained valuable insights into market dynamics, collaboration opportunities and emerging trends in the sector. This experience reinforced our conviction that circular solutions, especially agricultural products made from recycled keratin, have a key role to play in building a more sustainable future.

Although the immersion phase of Desafía AgTech Germany has come to an end, for Clic Recycle this is just the beginning of a new stage. The conversations started and the opportunities identified during the programme will be key to driving our next growth cycle. We will keep looking for new partnerships and opportunities to extend our impact internationally.

We would like to thank all the people and organisations who contributed their support, expertise and networks to this year's Desafía Programme. We are excited to turn these new connections into meaningful collaborations that drive both the circular economy and sustainable agriculture.
