CLIC RECYCLE Shines at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2026

CLIC RECYCLE is thrilled to share highlights from our participation in Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) 2026, where we celebrated major milestones and engaged with global sustainability leaders.

Zayed Sustainability Prize Finalist:

CLIC RECYCLE has been nominated as a finalist for the Zayed Sustainability Prize 2026 in the Climate Action category. The Prize, now in its 18th year, is one of the world's leading awards for innovative solutions addressing global sustainability challenges.

This year, the Prize awarded US $5.9 million to 11 organizations and high schools from countries including the UAE, Brazil, Canada, Nepal, Switzerland, and Uganda, recognizing breakthroughs across six categories: Health, Food, Energy, Water, Climate Action, and Global High Schools. The initiative has impacted over 411 million people worldwide, proving how innovation, technology, and local expertise can combine to create real-world change.

Being named a finalist is a tremendous milestone for Clic Recycle. Our work in advancing eco-conscious practices and promoting circular economy solutions aligns with the Prize's mission of fostering sustainable progress. We are honored to stand alongside other innovators driving meaningful change in communities globally.

Investor Connect: LevelUp Workshop:

On January 12, 2026, we participated in the Investor Connect: LevelUp Workshop, the first milestone of the Zayed Sustainability Prize's Investor Connect program. This workshop is designed to prepare finalists in the SME For-Profit category for meaningful engagement with global investors.

Delivered in partnership with STRATECIS and C3 – Companies Creating Change, the session focused on refining fundraising strategies, strengthening pitch narratives, and communicating impact with clarity and confidence. During the workshop, Clic Recycle had the opportunity to pitch our mission and business model, gaining valuable insights into positioning our impact-driven work for potential investors.

Participation in Investor Connect reinforced our commitment to scaling our impact and collaborating with partners who share our vision for a more sustainable future.

Looking Ahead

Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2026 was an incredible platform for connecting with global leaders, investors, and innovators who are shaping the future of sustainability. As a Zayed Sustainability Prize finalist and an active participant in Investor Connect, Clic Recycle is proud to represent innovative, circular economy solutions and continue driving climate-positive change.

As HE Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber noted in his Opening Ceremony speech, "the corridor to the future runs through here," the UAE. This has never been more apparent than during ADSW 2026, where the ambition to build a more sustainable future for all met with tangible action driven by stakeholders both large and small.
